Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Front End Supervisor to ensure fast, friendly checkout and adherence to Guest Service Standards. This role supervises cashiers, trains hosts, and collaborates with the Store Manager to optimize service levels.

You will manage guest traffic, handle refunds and overrides, keep the front end orderly, and model professional behavior while developing a strong guest experience in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front end guest service standards.
• Manage guest traffic flow and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate scheduling with Store Manager to meet service levels.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, overrides, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front end clean and orderly; parking lot clear of debris.
• Model professional appearance and integrity.
• Block unused check lanes when not in use.
• Enforce front end policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control.
• Process guest orders and perform cashier duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
