Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Front End Supervisor to ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences by enforcing Guest Service Standards and policies. You will supervise and train front end hosts, manage guest traffic, and collaborate with management on scheduling to meet service levels.

You will also process guest orders, handle special requests, and perform other duties as assigned. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and continuous improvements at the front end.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front end standards as per No Noticeable Wait Policy.
• Manage guest traffic flow at the register and interact with guests to monitor productivity.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager to align schedules with labor guides.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, overrides, and approvals promptly and professionally.
• Keep front end clean and organized; ensure parking lot is free of debris.
• Be a positive role model in speech, manner, dress, hygiene and integrity.
• Block unused check lanes when not in use.
• Enforce all front end policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink Control.
• Process guest orders, including cashier duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
