Lowes Foods is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to ensure fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling. You will supervise cashiers, maintain cash office security, and ensure daily front-end operations meet guest service standards.

The role requires strong communication, math skills, and the ability to multitask while standing for long periods. Prior experience with front-end operations and supervisory tasks is preferred.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs continuously.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of front end operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and provide guests with fast, pleasant checkout through Lowes Foods’ Guest Service Standards.
• Handle sales, cash, and invoice accounting including weekly cash reports and documentation.
• Process invoices and transfers, beer and wine payments as assigned.
• Manage cash office security, tills, and supplies.
• Monitor Operator Activity Reports and perform cashier audits and accuracy checks.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule to ensure guest service levels throughout the day.
• Process guest orders to follow the No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
