Lowe's Foods is seeking a Front End Supervisor to ensure guests receive fast and friendly checkout experiences by upholding Guest Service Standards and Policies. The role coordinates front-end operations, trains cashiers, and maintains a clean, efficient environment.

You will work with store leadership to schedule coverage, supervise hosts, and promptly resolve guest requests and issues while modeling professional conduct and integrity on the sales floor.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Front End Guest Service Standards and Policies.
• Manage guest traffic flow and assist with scheduling.
• Train cashiers to call additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, overrides, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front end clean and organized; ensure parking lot is clear of debris.
• Be a positive role model in speech, dress, hygiene, and integrity.
• Monitor and enforce front end policies related to Asset Protection and Shrink.
• Provide training and feedback to hosts to meet standards.
• Process guest orders and perform cashier duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
