Qualifications

• Experience in front-end retail operations preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train front-end hosts.
• Comfort with basic math and cash handling.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light loads.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest service standards across checkout.
• Ensure No Noticeable Wait Policy is followed.
• Manage guest traffic at the register and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate scheduling with Store Manager to meet service goals.
• Train cashiers and hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, and approvals promptly.
• Keep front end clean and organized; parking lot debris-free.
• Be a positive role model in speech, dress, hygiene and integrity.
• Block unused lanes when not in use.
• Enforce asset protection and shrink control policies.
• Provide training and feedback to hosts.
• Communicate issues to the guest service manager.
• Assist as cashier or guest service clerk when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
