Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide the fastest, most pleasant checkout experience through consistent execution of guest service standards.
• Prepare weekly cash report and accompanying documentation.
• Maintain sales related information and process invoices and transfers.
• Process beer/wine payments and cash-related activities.
• Ensure accurate daily cash count and security of the cash office.
• Handle guest needs such as money orders, stamps, lottery tickets, etc.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule to ensure proper guest service level.
