Responsibilities

• Leads all front‑end and customer service teams, ensuring fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Coaches and develops associates on service standards, courtesy programs, and service recovery.
• Oversees daily front‑end operations including check stands, self‑checkout, service desk, and checkout processes.
• Ensures compliance with cash handling, security, returns, refunds, and transaction policies.
• Monitors scheduling, breaks, staffing levels, and queue management to align labor with business needs.
• Oversees cash office processes including safe counts, till audits, deposits, and reconciliation.
