You will lead, coach, and develop front-end associates, manage scheduling and daily operations, and uphold cash handling, safety, and service standards while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all front-end operations for fast, friendly checkout service
• Support customer service programs and respond to concerns professionally
• Provide checkout support including register functions and customer assistance
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching front-end associates and supervisors
• Support labor planning, budgeting, and daily operations
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and a positive front-end environment
• Handle cash processes including tills, safe counts, and reconciliations
• Monitor inventory and order front-end supplies
• Assist with compliance to policies and safety standards
• Complete daily reports and required documentation
• Step in for Customer Service Manager when needed
