Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Service Manager to lead the front-end team and oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage scheduling, training, and staff development to achieve sales and labor goals.

You will recruit, engage, and retain hourly team members, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business/marketing/retail/communications preferred.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal; attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, and time and attendance software.
