Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business management or retail preferred.
• Experience leading store operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and oversee store in absence of Store/Asst Manager.
• Drive store sales, recruit, engage, and retain team members.
• Prepare schedules, train staff, and support achievement of store goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
