Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Service Manager to lead front-end operations and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced store in Daly City. You will recruit, train, and motivate a team while ensuring adherence to company standards and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and fathering a positive store culture with a focus on service excellence and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• Proven success leading store operations including profit and loss, safety, staffing, and performance appraisals.
• Professional communication skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with bookkeeping/accounting and HR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and oversee the store in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Drive store sales, manage labor, margins and shrink.
• Recruit, engage, and retain team members; schedule and train staff.
• Ensure consistently excellent customer service and strong product knowledge.
• Coordinate team recognition programs and hiring events with regional support.
• Maintain safety, health, and company policy compliance; address concerns promptly.
