Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Service Manager in Daly City, CA to drive customer satisfaction and lead front-end operations in the absence of store leadership.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop hourly team members, manage performance, and help achieve goals in sales, labor, margins, and shrink. You will model Sprouts values, foster a positive store culture, resolve customer issues, and oversee daily store activities, ensuring compliance with safety and policy standards

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management, marketing, retailing, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead store front-end operations, manage schedules, and drive sales and labor goals.
