Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 employees and oversee daily mail intake, document processing, and workflow management in a front-end mail operations environment. You will supervise, coach, and support performance to meet service levels and business objectives.

The role involves coordinating with a mailroom vendor, balancing workloads, and driving improvements across processes to increase productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team leadership experience in operations/mailroom/document management.
• 3+ years of experience managing employee performance, coaching, and development, incl. one-on-one meetings and vendor management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads and staffing for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing functions.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the mailroom vendor to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming mail.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and resource allocation to meet business demands.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance requirements, and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support organizational objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
