The role involves coordinating with the mailroom vendor, driving process improvements, and supporting audits and departmental projects to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service across front-end mail operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, mailroom, document management, or production.
• 3+ years of experience coaching and managing employee performance and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~20 employees and supervise daily mail intake, processing, and workflow management.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and performance discussions.
• Manage workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service levels to meet goals.
• Serve as primary liaison with the mailroom vendor for timely processing of mail.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and resource allocation.
