Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 employees and oversee day-to-day mail intake, document processing, and workflow coordination, ensuring timely and accurate output.

You will provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance support through regular one-on-one conversations, set priorities, balance workloads, and ensure service levels align with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations, mailroom, or production environments.
• Experience managing employee performance, coaching, and development, plus external vendor relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for ~20 team members; conduct monthly one-on-ones and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, and indexing; monitor productivity and quality.
• Act as primary liaison with the mailroom vendor to ensure timely processing of incoming mail; coordinate workload allocation.
