Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a ~20-person team and oversee mail intake, document processing, and workflow management. The role focuses on coaching, performance support, and ensuring service levels align with business goals.

You will supervise printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing tasks, while liaising with the mailroom vendor and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations, mailroom, or document management.
• Experience managing performance, coaching, and working with external vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for the mailroom vendor and ensure timely processing of mail.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and resource allocation to meet business demands.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance, and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
