Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 associates and oversee mail intake, document processing, and workflow management.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with the mailroom vendor to ensure timely, accurate processing while driving improvements across front-end mail operations to boost productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in operations, mailroom, or production environments.
• 3+ years of managing employee performance and coaching, incl. vendor relations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for ~20 team members.
• Conduct monthly 1:1 coaching and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Be primary contact for mailroom vendor for timely processing.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and resource allocation.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
