Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 in mail intake, document processing, and workflow management. You will supervise daily tasks, coaching staff, and ensuring service levels align with business goals.

The role partners with the mailroom vendor and internal teams to optimize processes, support audits, and drive improvements that boost productivity, quality, and customer service across front-end mail operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations, mailroom, or document management.
• Experience managing performance, coaching, and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Lead ~20 team members and provide coaching and performance support.
• Oversee daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, and indexing.
• Coordinate with mailroom vendor and internal/external stakeholders to improve processes.
• Support audits, reporting, and departmental projects.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
