Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor in Washington, DC to lead a ~20-person team and oversee mail intake, document processing and workflow management. You will supervise, coach, and drive performance to meet service levels and business goals.

Responsibilities include managing in-house printing, returned mail processing, scanning, check handling, and mail indexing while coordinating with the mailroom vendor and stakeholders to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in operations or mailroom environments.
• 3+ years of performance management and vendor relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for ~20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one coaching and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, mail, scanning, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and SLAs.
• Coordinate with the mailroom vendor for timely processing.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support audits, reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives.
