Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a ~20-person team responsible for mail intake, document processing, and workflow management. The role includes supervising daily in-house printing, returned mail handling, scanning, and indexing, plus coordinating with the mailroom vendor to ensure timely processing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leadership, supervisory, or team leadership in an operations, mailroom, document management, or production environment.
• 3+ years of experience managing employee performance, coaching, and development, including conducting regular one-on-one meetings and performance discussions, as well as working with external vendors and managing service-related relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads and staffing for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing functions.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for the mailroom vendor to ensure timely processing of incoming mail.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and resource allocation to meet business demands.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance requirements, and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support organizational objectives.
