You will supervise, coach, and align daily activities to meet service levels and business goals across printing, returned mail, scanning, and indexing.

The role requires a track record in operations leadership, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in an operations or mailroom environment.
• 3+ years of managing employee performance and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Serve as primary contact for the mailroom vendor to ensure timely processing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional projects.
