Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 in our mail intake, document processing, and workflow management. You will supervise daily activities, coach staff, and ensure service levels align with business objectives.

The role oversees in-house printing, returned mail processing, scanning, check handling, and indexing, coordinating with the mailroom vendor to maintain timely processing and quality. Travel is possible for vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, mailroom, document management, or production.
• 3+ years of experience coaching staff and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for the mailroom vendor to ensure timely processing of mail.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and resource allocation to meet business demands.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
