Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Front End Operations Supervisor in the United States. You will lead ~20 staff, oversee mail intake, document processing, and workflow management, and drive performance and improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the mailroom vendor, ensuring timely processing, and supporting audits and projects. A Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years of leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership/supervisory roles in an operations, mailroom, document management, or production environment.
• Experience managing performance, coaching, and development with external vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willing to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Coordinate with mailroom vendor to ensure timely processing of mail.
• Identify, implement, and drive process improvements to raise efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance, and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet objectives.
