CVS Health Corporation in Hartford, CT seeks a Front End Operations Supervisor to lead a team of about 20 employees and oversee mail intake, document processing, and workflow management.

The role partners with the mailroom vendor, drives process improvements, and supports audits while ensuring timely, accurate processing, high quality service, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in an operations, mailroom, document management, or production environment.
• 3+ years of experience managing employee performance, coaching, and vendor relations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads and staffing for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing, and indexing functions.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the mailroom vendor to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming mail.
• Coordinate workload prioritization and resource allocation to meet business demands.
• Identify, implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance requirements, and departmental projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support organizational objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
