Qualifications

• 3+ years in leadership in operations, mailroom, document management, or production.
• 3+ years managing employee performance, coaching and development with vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to East Lansing, MI or Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision for approximately 20 team members.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings and performance discussions.
• Manage daily workloads for printing, returned mail, scanning, check processing and indexing.
• Monitor performance, productivity, quality, and service-level expectations.
• Serve as primary contact for the mailroom vendor and ensure timely processing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
