Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ years old and have two+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• High school Diploma or GED is required.
• HIPAA certification is required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to learn policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.

• Train and develop front-end partners and schedule staff.
• Assist cashiers and clerks with policies and procedures related to customer service and cash handling.
• Ensure front-end operations meet freshness, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide checkout services, bag groceries, and maintain accurate cash handling.
• Monitor store front-end cleanliness, customer flow, and parking lot conditions.
• Manage front-end shrink and monitor partner performance.
• Greet customers and respond to questions to provide a customer-focused experience.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment by following company safety procedures.
