Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ is required.
• 21+ to drive for Company business where applicable.
• High school Diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting.
• Must obtain Tobacco/Alcohol certification within 2 weeks of starting where applicable.
• Must obtain Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of starting.
• Must obtain AML certification within 2 weeks of starting.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners; schedule, plan, assign, and direct work with upper management.
• Train cashiers and courtesy/utility clerks on policies, procedures, and cash handling.
• Ensure regulations for freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation are met front end.
• Provide checkout services, bagging, and move groceries; ensure accurate totals and register balance.
• Monitor parking lot cleanliness and assist with customer flow at front end.
• Monitor and manage potential front-end shrink and bottom-of-basket issues.
• Provide friendly, customer-service oriented attitude; greet customers and address complaints.
