Responsibilities

• Oversee front end and store office operations and staff; ensure high customer engagement.
• Provide training and performance feedback; conduct evaluations.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor money orders, cash handling, and daily audits; manage cash controls.
• Open/close the store; ensure adequate staffing and pleasant checkout experience.
