Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and two or more years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Tobacco/Alcohol certifications (where applicable) within 2 weeks.
• Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning, assigning and directing work.
• Appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining partners; addressing complaints.
• Ensures front end procedures are followed and customer service standards upheld.
• Oversees cash handling, money orders, and regulatory compliance for monetary transactions.

Education

Associates Degree in related field

HIPAA certification (within 2 weeks)

TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certification (where applicable)

Manager Food Safety certification (within 2 weeks)

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification (within 2 weeks)
