Responsibilities

• Train and develop front-end partners; schedule, plan and direct work.
• Assist in cashier training and policy procedures for customer service and cash handling.
• Ensure freshness, safety, refrigeration and sanitation in front end operations.
• Provide checkout services and help bag groceries.
• Weigh, key and scan items correctly to ensure accurate totals.
• Maintain accurate register money count at all times.
• Monitor front-end parking lot cleanliness and customer flow.
• Detect and address front-end shrink, monitor partner purchases.
• Greet customers and respond to questions with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment per company procedures.
