You will ensure proper staffing, training, and adherence to safety, cash-handling, and regulatory procedures on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include managing front-end processes, coaching partners, and maintaining AML, lottery, and Western Union compliance while delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and two+ years of related experience.
• HIPAA, tobacco/alcohol, Manager Food Safety and AML certifications within the required timeframe.
• Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate front-end partners; enforce service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages front end and store office operations and staff to promote engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Oversees training of front end staff on policies, cash handling, and scanners procedures.
• Ensures compliance with AML, lottery, Western Union, checks and other monetary regulations.
• Maintains safe, clean store environment and handles staffing and performance evaluations.
