Brookshire Grocery Company (BGC) is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee front-end and store office functions, ensuring strong employee engagement and exceptional customer service. You will guide staffing, training, and policy adherence to maintain a compliant, efficient, and safe store environment.

Responsibilities include interviewing and developing partners, enforcing cash handling and POS procedures, and maintaining high standards for service and operations across the store.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field; 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• HIPAA/TABC/AML certifications may be required as applicable.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Interview, hire, train and develop store staff.
• Ensure training within departments and compliance with policies.
