Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company seeks an experienced Manager to oversee front-end and store office operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and staff engagement. The role requires effective training, policy adherence, and supervision of AML, lottery, and Western Union transactions while maintaining staffing, safety, and a positive shopping experience.

The position involves managing daily duties, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with Company regulations.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher preferred with two+ years of related experience.
HIPAA/TABC/AML certifications required or to be obtained within 2 weeks where applicable.
Manager Food Safety certification required within 2 weeks of starting role.
Must be 18+; 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
Ability to use MS Office and store POS systems; strong cash handling and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, and develop partners; plan, assign, and direct work.
Ensure front-end and office processes comply with policies and AML / cash handling standards.
Provide excellent customer service and address complaints promptly.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper stock/merchandising.
Monitor cash handling, deposits, and financial variances; report to Store Director.
Enforce food safety and regulatory compliance in front-end operations.
