Job summary

Responsibilities include staffing, performance reviews, and safeguarding cash, while maintaining a clean, safe environment and adherence to company policies. Positions require adaptability to nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and two or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certification where applicable within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops front end staff.
• Ensures training on customer service, cash handling and checkout procedures.
• Monitors compliance with AML and other monetary regulations.
• Maintains store front end operations and expedites checkout services.
• Oversees audits, cash handling, and bank deposit accuracy.
• Maintains safe, clean store environment and enforces safety standards.
