Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Hot Springs Village, AR, is seeking a Front End Manager to lead store office operations and front-end staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will oversee AML, lottery and Western Union compliance, manage staffing, training and daily cash handling, and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.

You will interview, hire, and develop partners; monitor performance; and enforce company policies while delivering efficient checkout and outstanding

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age; 21+ to drive per policy.
• Associates Degree in related field required.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification through company program within 2 weeks of starting.
• Tobacco/Alcohol certification within 2 weeks of starting where applicable.
• Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of starting.
• AML certification within 2 weeks of starting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front end and store office operations and staff.
• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans, assigns and directs work; evaluates performance.
• Ensures training in policies, cash handling, scanners, and bagging protocols.
• Maintains AML, lottery, Western Union compliance; conducts audits and reports variances.
• Keeps store safe, clean and customer-friendly; ensures efficient checkout.
