Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Pineville, LA seeks a Front End and Store Office Manager to promote high engagement and excellent customer service. You will oversee staffing, training, and compliance across front end, AML, lottery, and Western Union transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and smooth checkout.

You will lead and coach partners, conduct evaluations, and maintain a safe, clean store environment while upholding company policies in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and two or more years of related experience required.
• HIPAA certification through Company LEARN/LMS within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certification where applicable within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop store partners; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and reward or discipline staff.
• Provide training on policies and procedures for customer service, cash handling and use of scanners.
• Monitor front-end procedures and enforce compliance and cash handling standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to Store Director.
• Oversee daily office audits and banking records; report variances and concerns.
