Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Front End/Store Office Manager to lead front-end operations and staff, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with AML, lottery, and Western Union rules. The role requires strong training, hiring, and performance management within a fast-paced retail store environment.

You will oversee staffing, cashier procedures, and reporting while upholding food safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree plus 2+ years of related experience or equivalent
• HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of start
• TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certification within 2 weeks of start
• Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of start
• AML certification within 2 weeks of start

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, training and developing front-end partners
• Plan, assign and direct work; performance appraisals
• Monitor compliance with AML, lottery and other regulations
• Ensure accurate cash handling and bank deposits
• Train front-end staff on policies, procedures and checkout operations
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and customer service standards
