Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a Front End Leader to manage front-end operations, train cashiers, and ensure a clean, safe checkout area. You will support customers, maintain accuracy in cash handling, and help optimize front-end flow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of related experience, and strong communication and leadership skills to guide a team and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required with two or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead front-end operations and supervise front-end partners.
• Train cashiers and courtesy/utility clerks on policies and procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in front-end areas.
• Provide checkout services and assist customers with bagging and transport.
• Maintain accurate register money counts and correct totals.
• Monitor customer flow and front-end shrink.
