Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a capable leader to manage front-end and store office operations, ensuring high customer engagement and smooth checkouts across shifts. The role emphasizes staff training, policy adherence, and compliant monetary transactions in a retail environment.

Applicants should have an associate degree with related experience and obtain HIPAA, TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE, AML, and Manager Food Safety certifications within 2 weeks of starting.

Formación

• Minimum 18 years of age required.
• Associates Degree in related field and two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or higher education required.
• Must obtain Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Tobacco/Alcohol certification (TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE) within 2 weeks of starting in role where applicable.
• Must obtain Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification within Company LEARN/LMS program within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews, hires, trains and develops partners; plans, assigns, and directs work; conducts performance evaluations.
• Provides friendly, customer-service oriented attitude and assists customers and cashiers.
• Ensures compliance of front-end procedures and proper tender handling.
• Trains front-end staff on policies, cash handling, and scanners.
• Maintains store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards.
