Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader to promote an exceptional customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store.

You will model excellent service, manage POS coverage, and train team members in loyalty programs, while ensuring compliance with policies and a safe store environment. Ideal candidates will have retail experience, leadership exposure, strong merchandising know-how, and outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising understanding and ability to apply it on the selling floor.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example with customers.
• Oversees front of store Associates and manages POS coverage and breaks.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing customer interactions and loyalty programs.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
