Job summary

You will mentor Associates, coordinate registers, ensure safety and compliance with labor laws, and partner with Management on training needs. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends required; starting pay ranges from $13.50 to $14.00 per hour, with benefits outlined in the posting.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and loyalty programs.
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and ensures adherence to store plans.
