• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and loyalty-program participation.
• Oversees a team at front of store, assigns tasks and ensures coverage.
• Maintains a clean, organized store and trains Associates on front-end principles.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to staff.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
