Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong customer service mindset and loyalty program knowledge.
• Ability to train others and work effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Lead front-of-store team and manage loyalty programs.
• Ensure prompt, courteous service and store cleanliness.
• Coordinate POS coverage and breaks for Associates.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end standards.
• Support Management with priorities and progress updates.
• Promote safety, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist with store promotions and shrink-reduction goals.
