Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in computer use (email, spreadsheets).
• Strong reading, writing and comprehension skills.
• Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Ability to interpret financial data and develop budgets.
• Effective delegation and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of suggestive selling and product features.
• Detail-oriented with focus on safety and food handling standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the store's front-end.
• Supervise front-end activities in the absence of the Customer Service Manager.
• Accurately process transactions and handle returns-to-stock promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and sales promotions.
• Train team members and manage staff schedules.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment.
• Perform duties in other departments as needed.
