Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards and No Noticeable Wait Policy.
• Manage guest traffic flow at the front end and bagging area.
• Coordinate scheduling with Store Manager and Guest Service Manager.
• Train cashiers and front end hosts; call for additional hosts as needed.
• Handle guest requests, refunds, overrides, and check approvals promptly.
