Lowe’s is seeking a Department Supervisor to lead front-end and night operations, ensuring excellent customer service, staffing and operational efficiency in a busy store. You will mentor and coach associates, manage shifts, and uphold safety standards while driving productivity and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience.
• 3 years retail experience (or 5 years if education requirement is not met).
• Experience directing or supervising teams (with or without direct reports).
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and back-end operations, ensuring customer service excellence and staffing coverage.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance guidance to team members.
• Monitor safety, security, shrink, and inventory controls to protect assets.
• Drive operational efficiency and adherence to store procedures and policies.
• Manage payroll closeout and shifts in alignment with store goals.
• Support Night Operations and MOD responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues affecting customer experience.
