Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Front-End/Back-End Department Supervisor to lead store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage staffing, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and loss prevention across front-end and back-end activities.

As a key MOD, you will drive performance metrics, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a retail environment or similar supervisory role.
• Experience directing or supervising teams, with or without direct reports.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally and using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team to meet customer demands; assigns tasks and reallocates staff as needed.
• Participates in interviews and provides input into selecting new associates.
• Provides coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
• Encourages idea sharing and best practices to improve service and operations.
• Ensures safety, loss prevention and adherence to shop policies.
• Oversees front-end and back-end operations to maintain efficient store flow.
• Drives payroll closeout and ensures appropriate headcount across checkouts and service desks.
