BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Front End Lead to coach and develop frontline team members, ensuring exceptional member service and timely execution of membership programs. You will monitor performance, drive front-end standards, and support staffing and policy compliance to deliver a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, team collaboration, and adherence to GOLD standards while maintaining a safe, efficient front-end operation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise front-end staff (cashiers, SCO, membership desk) and coach for member service excellence.
• Drive membership metrics and member experience programs at the front end.
• Ensure accurate POS processing, cash handling, and checkout efficiency.
• Provide timely coaching, feedback and performance input to frontline team members.
