Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a Front End Lead to oversee front-line operations in the absence of the Front End Manager. You will coach, train and develop team members to ensure top-notch member service and successful execution of membership programs.

Lead with a focus on membership experiences, staff development, and adherence to operational standards while maintaining a positive, safe environment for members and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
• Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
• Prior cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the frontline in the absence of the Front End Manager and coaches team members to deliver excellent member service.
• Drives membership metrics through acquisition, retention, loyalty and experience programs.
• Manages front end operations, including POS, cashier lanes and membership desk, with a focus on timely, accurate service.
