Qualifications

• Experience leading front-line teams and coaching team members.
• Knowledge of membership or sales processes is a plus.
• Experience as a cashier or in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong basic math and cash-handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-end operations and ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Provide exceptional member service and resolve issues promptly.
